Returns policy

We will accept returns made within 14 days from when you receive your order for an exchange or refund.

Please note that our returns policy below does not apply to the following:

  •  Any personalized or other custom size/bespoke orders. These items may be accepted for store credit at our discretion
  • Earrings that require a piercing (for hygiene reasons)

Our complimentary returns policy applies in HK and the UAE. Returning an order from other countries is accepted but VALAIS will not be liable for any charges & logistics.

Items must be returned in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and all tags attached to them. This also includes all packaging, dust bags and certifications (if applicable). VALAIS reserves the right not to accept any return and/or exchange if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

To help you to choose the right size and avoid future returns/exchanges please double check the dimensions for each purchase; you might find it helpful to reference our How To Find Your Size section.

As all our products are handmade, we quality-check every individual item before it leaves the atelier and again before it is dispatched. In the unlikely scenario you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

We offer a flexible returns policy to facilitate your shopping experience. We do monitor returns made by customers; continued returns will be flagged, and we reserve the discretion to future orders being refused.

How to create an Exchange or Return

Hong Kong

Good news - exchanges and returns from Hong Kong are free! To return an item to VALAIS, please send an email to contact-us@valaisjewels.com with your order number and return request. A member of our team will be in touch.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same destination it was delivered to. Should you choose to send your purchase back from an alternate location, and/or if you use a different courier:

  • You will be responsible for any additional charges
  • Your return may be delayed if held at customs. VALAIS will not process any returns until any customs duties or other payments are cleared
  • We’ll be unable to issue a refund if your purchase isn’t sent back to us at the original location
  • We will not accept liability for items that are returned via alternate locations/couriers
  • Please note that as some items will carry different pricing on different sizes, size-related exchanges may incur some extra costs if you require a size up.

United Arab Emirates

Good news - returns from the UAE are free! To return an item to VALAIS, please send an email to contact-us@valaisjewels.com with your order number and return request. A member of our team will be in touch.

Other countries

Unfortunately, we cannot offer complimentary returns/exchanges in other countries just yet – please bear with us! You may return your order via any secure means so that they are protected and insured during delivery. If you intend to do this, please contact our customer representatives here. You will be responsible for any postage/customs charges, and we cannot accept liability for goods returned from other countries.
