Shipping Times

To reduce our environmental footprint, our items are made on demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, we expect the following times, subject to the courier:

• If your delivery address is in HK, your order will arrive within 4-5 working days
• If your delivery address is in the UAE, your order will arrive within 1-2 working days
• For all other addresses, your order will arrive within 5 working days.

Why do I need to sign for my order?

As all of our pieces are of a high value, we want to make sure that your purchases arrive safely and securely. To receive your order, please ensure that someone is available at your designated address to sign for your delivery

Please note, all international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. If you are unsure about duties on international deliveries, please check your local customs website for more information before placing an order.

We do not reflect premiums for potential local customs fees and/or import taxes in our pricing. Any import duties and taxes when shipping internationally from VALAIS will be borne by the recipient.

As we aim to minimize waste, all of our products are made-to-order, exactly to your specifications and to what our customers need.

It takes approx. 10-14 days for our atelier to create your order, just for you. While our items are made-to-order, we understand you might not always be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we do offer full refunds/ exchanges as long as they fit the return conditions specified in our policy.

For bespoke order, our timeframe is 3-4 weeks. Sometimes, if a diamond of particular characteristics is needed, it may take a little longer to get you your exact stone. We will make sure to inform you before your order is finalize if that's the case.

In an effort to embody our sustainability values as well as keep prices reasonable, we use "no frills" packaging to protect your items until they reach you.

Your purchases will be embedded in protective foam and a magnetic closure box. If you would like gift or customized packaging for a purchase, we are happy to provide velvet gift boxes. Please contact us with your order number and gift wrapping request.

Every item we sell on VALAIS is guaranteed to be made with 18k solid gold – we never create any products in vermeil, gold-plated or other metals as they don’t have the same durability over time, and we don’t believe they are in line with our principles for longevity.

All our diamonds are tested for authenticity both when they exit the laboratory and reach our factories, and again once the final product is made. For all diamonds above 0.3 carats you are able to request a GIA/IGI certification - please contact us immediately after your order for any collection pieces if you require this, as the diamond will have to be sent for certification before it enters setting.
